Disfigurement

So I had my first jury duty experience, well at least part of one.

Sat through role, instructions, video with poor acting, then listened to what the case at hand was about. Apparently this guy has 11 charges against him including attempted murder and permanent disfigurement of the victim. that sucks... but it made the length of the trial at LEAST 2 months.

Then I had to sit through 2/3rds of the jurors who stayed behind describe their "hardships" in hopes of getting excused. Thankfully everyone who explained their circumstances got let off, including me!!
