for a really really long post haha
I wanted to share some pics from Instagram that I've accumulated over the past year. Some are funny - Some are words of advice - Some are spiritual - and some are romantic. I'll start posting them once a month. I guess this is the only time when a Tumblr would come in handy, in my opinion. Other than that, it seems too jumbled and unorganized. I like to keep things simple and organized. Hope you enjoy!

Les Miserables
So this past Sunday marked me being at my church for a year, and my church totally surprised me! They called me up to the front, along with my worship team, and presented me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a generous gift card to my favorite store, Forever 21 :) My pastor talked about me first coming here and the growth that has happened since then. And he had me share a few sentiments, and of course, I started crying haha I just love everyone so much. This whole experience has been very healing for me.. It feels good to be right in the middle of God's will for my life. Here are the flowers:
And then after church my drummer gave my tattoo a touch up. When the scabs fell off, they lifted some of the ink. The first time didn't hurt, but the second time hurt SO bad that I almost pulled my hand away. I guess it hurt more because it was healing and had scar tissue. But I'm so happy with it. Here is is:
Then my mom and I went and saw Les Miserables. I read the book in high school and it impacted me greatly. It is an amazing story, and this movie depicted it beautifully. After a while, I forgot that they were singing because I was so engrossed. If Hugh Jackman doesn't get best actor, I'm gonna bust some skulls... Also, Anne Hathaway was FANTASTIC. Russell Crowe is better at acting than singing lol.. but it was a great movie and I cried the whole way through.
Oh and here are a few more pics from when Marc and I celebrated Christmas with his family:

Day 31: Resolution
I normally don't make those, because I believe you should be trying to better yourself all year. But it doesn't hurt to have a new bolster in your goals. I definitely want to be more consistent in working out next year!
