Today was so much fun! I spend 2 1/2 hours by the pool and loved coming back to the condo and doing absolutely NOTHING :) Then we went out to John Henry's, our favorite Italian restaurant only mainly locals know about. I had THE best veal I've had in my life, and my mom and I shared a plate of escargot ;)
Then we went over to Melvin's, a jazz club, to hear live jazz and people watch. The place was so packed they even sat a couple at our table! They were a sweet couple from Canada, and we had a great time socializing. As much as I need space from my parents at times, it is really nice to have fun with them and connect. Now, I'm in bed absolutely exhausted.. End of a good day!
